Spending money when they apparently have none, interesting, just maybe they still have some cash and confident of getting through.
Either this cost has been deferred for a bit, a CR is imminent, or perhaps the cash balance isn't quiet as bad as some assume.
If a CR can be avoided this puts holders in a very nice position, if it is required it's been priced in anyway. We will know in the next week probably, money doesn't get raised easily over the break.
