The credits are a bit of a mystery to me. My take is that PRX shareholders have potentially $1.6m (credits) depending on what money the company spends on certain activities in the FY19 year. I assume this credits are only available against the spend of the new money collected. As we don't know how much of this money will be used up in FY19, it's difficult to determine what credit may be available to us. It appears the credits wouldn't be available until after next year annual report is announced.
