For WFE to get from 2.4c to 24c its market cap needs to increase by 10 times its current value. If there was a 10:1 consolidation the SP would be 24c. For the SP to then get to $2.4 the market cap would need to increase by 10 times its current value.
Therefore, for existing shareholders to realise a 10 bag return from current levels, the market cap must increase by 10 times its current value (roughly up to $581.5m). That is irrespective of whether there has been any consolidation or not.
If the SP was to increase from current levels to $2.4 without consolidation, then the market cap would need to be $5.815bn, which I think you will agree is a bit of a stretch unless WFE finds some monster deposits in the greenfields exploration licenses that they've picked up in DRC and in Canada.
