Before people get too carried away with prices like an unconsolidated $2.40/sh, they might like to put the following into their favourite search engine.........
“Congo triples cobalt levy”
I would think such an action by the government would be far worthier of discussion instead of how high the share price will go. Now that the 10% levy has been decreed, another high cost has just been put on this mine.
