    your maths is correct PM but what if I buy 2 shares today for 3.6c at the price of 1.8c each and I just wait for the shares to go to 8c in 12 months I'm better off. Yhe BOD and Management can go get themselves a bike for Christmas unless they are all putting in $100k each of their own!
