Directors via the Company Secretary will shortly be provided a discussion paper outlining shareholders concerns and warning them of their obligations & the possible consequences of non-compliance in civil law and under the ASX listing rules and Corp Code statutes regarding corporate governance, fiduciary duty & full disclosure of related party transactions. There will be simultaneous release of this paper to the ASX, the ASIC & the ASA.
