Perhaps I misremembered, $3m is fine. SAS are still unable to make that payment without additional capital.
GOM made that commitment, yes, but they made it in their CR prospectus so it carries the weight of needing to be correct. They couldn't make the statement without reasonably believing it true. That SAS told them they could.
As I have said, SAS have enough cash on hand according to the quarterly reports to make it to Feb, maybe Mar. But then the wallet is empty. So even if they don't pay GOM before Xmas then they are still headed to the end.
I'm just saying its a convergence point. They get that cash and pay GOM and we are looking extremely good. They don't get the cash and I think it's over. I could be wrong. There could be an extreme Hail Mary in the 8-10 weeks after Christmas but we're talking way worse than roulette odds at that point.
