Looks to me "just a progress report". No unpleasant suprises, no pleasant suprises, just a little solid progress.
I won't try to predict the sp response, however imo it deserves a bit of a fall on this announcement. Simply because imho there has been a lot of speculative anticipation of some stunning news built into the sp in recent days. It's not however like the JV have discovered iron ore afterall is it?
