It says NDO is looking for a partner for the Phillipine SC's. They probably don't want to give much away on SC54 because of Gindara but I guess it depends on the package those tendering present. With imminent cashflow and further low risk drills im sure they could pretty much manage SC54. KIK too would probably want to keep as much if not all their share but i think they will need a cap raising at some point to fund all their activities and it might depend on the price they can get.
