In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, PolarX Limited (ASXXX) (the Company) requests a voluntary suspension of its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The Company provides the following information in relation to this request:  a trading halt in the Company’s securities was granted on Tuesday 4 December 2018, pending the release of an announcement regarding the capital raising;  the Company is seeking to finalise terms and secure commitments by 7 December 2018;  the Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until the earlier of release of the announcement or the commencement of trading on 7 December 2018; and  the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted by the ASX.
