    • SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT TO APPOINT MACA MINING UNDER OPEN PIT MINING SERVICES CONTRACT AND MACA INTERQUIP UNDER MILL REFURBISHMENT CONTRACT
    • HAS SEPARATELY AGREED TO SUBSCRIBE FOR $1.5 MILLION WORTH OF SHARES IN ECHO AT $0.11 PER SHARE
    • LOI CONFIRMS THAT ECHO INTENDS TO AWARD TWO CONTRACTS TO MACA
