Well Simon, my opinion is Pericoach is worth a 20-25% royalty; but I think we'll get below even 15%.

If I was head of a major I'd offer say 3 mill upfront & 12% royalty.  If I was the ALT board I'd say 5 mill, but with increases to 17% then 22% after 2 & 7 years if no key litigation events. (There could be 2 Pericoach deals, 1 med major & 1 tech).  And there might be nothing; in which case our Govt should step up and fund Marketing because really this product is a no brainer in several ways.
