If one is playing the stock market on the following rules..

"2 weeks in a long time in the spec market, 6 months or a year is an eternity. "
(not having a go at you just putting it out there   )

Then this is  the wrong game to be in..Most decent stocks are held for a period of 5 years for a decent return... unless you are a professional day trader.. but that's a whole different ball game..

That's the issue with the market ATM.. "if I don't get my 200%  in 2 weeks I am selling and moving on!!!!.."

I don't see CTM as spec stock but between a spec stock and a growing small cap "miner" that will have it's day in the sun and I reckon she will shine soon.. yes we need a permit and some sunshine for drilling.. but businesses do take time to build, the rubber stamp on a document takes weeks if not months so patience is required.... so give her some time to shine and hopefully she will make us all rich.. just too many boxes ticked to show anything worse.. all in my opinion though..  one of the better management teams & feet on the ground out there..
