They should have never taken on advice from Deloitte. Continue to sell the product until regulator stopped them if they even would... they essentially admitted to being guilty ... brand damage is now worst. It's all over imo. I cant see regulator approving st Andrew's now. The only thing they are waiting for is confirmation before they wind up.
