Now if ANZ always owned the shares why did they want to put another charge over them?

I remember in the first few days it was reported that ANZ's claim to ownership was due to this charge. It was only when they realised it could be overturned as it was made under duress that ANZ declared that they always owned the shares anyway. It goes to the notion that ANZ had no idea of what the arrangement was.

This charge will be well documented and could be the smoking gun.

There are charges listed on the 27th March and 28th March. How dodgy are they? The one on the 28th is made AFTER they went into administration which I think was made by Merrills. Why would they be that desparate to register the charge if they already owned the shares?
