    A bit more relief to see that the loans are segregated.


    Megabank loan at the end of financial year is  63 mil. So actual net debt to megabank is really 16 mil. (63 mil debt - 47 mil cash)


    By if net loan from Megabank is 8 to 10 mil only by March, still have wiggle room to settle Megabank loan given Aristo can make few million cash per year.  


    On another note, Aristo definitely worth more than 40 mil of the current market cap. The construction cost alone is more than 70 mil!
