Remember the "under $200m" is almost certainly unsecured according to the 1/2 year disclosures.

Whoever the hold-out bank is, they will realise fully the implications of what they are dealing with here as will the other lenders. They cannot just take the keys to a shopping centre if they want assets instead. They'll join the rest of the creditors and risk getting nowt.
