I spoke to TK on the phone ( few weeks ago now )about the Germans and my interpretation is it is a blue print / process that ED/ hospitals can use. I think of it as a QA manual for hospitals done by the Germans.
As I have said before our sales pitch is this is our CE product ,our ISO certificate and here is our user manual on how to save you money.
