    So this guy goes out and negotiates Australia's largest near-surface Lead/silver/zinc JORC'd deposit, renegotiates those terms, raises $4m with cornerstone investors, runs projects in 3 different countries and in 3 different states as the only executive BUT THEN the Board DOESN'T call 1for1 for his approval?


    Pretty rookie mistake not to use Hotcopper posts as the ultimate guide for running a company. Probably criminal.
