complaining, speculating and screaming problems about a company is one thing, but constant complaining does nothing.
why not just call the guy if your all so passionate?
dont give the excuse of "he will only give lip service",
call him, email him, bring your concerns to the person in writing\call, do it daily till you get your answer.
