The only reason the COY would enter into this loan term sheet is that they are very confident of landing this deal and in the near term and thereby in theory receiving ELF influx to fund repayments prior to be hitting with excessive interests...
not one to shy away from pointing out the errors of this management, but this is a positive sign IMO and Glen is no fool when it comes to finance structure.
Lets get the deal..
