Perhaps you might find the following useful. It confirms that the contract is subject to a confidentiality agreement. So how can you possibly know the terms of the SKI-Mercedes deal??

Unless you can provide the link, I'll conclude that your post is just another misleading and useless ramp from an increasingly frustrated bull.
In any case, the 'mirroring' is irrelevant to my point - that the 6-year option component is probably a hedge against the possibility of next gen batteries requiring a different strategy by the late 2020's.

If I had the agreement, there's no way in hell I'd be sharing it, for the bolded reason you yourself have pointed out. If the post doesn't assist, go find the Auz presso (I think) where the 7&6 is referenced. There were two key points from the social angle - one, plant in EU (tick) and second, ethically sourced cobalt (tick). At this point, because you are asking, and given how you have responded, I find, I have much, much better things, to do with my time. Like use that "ignore" button on you, finally.
