Sure, on technical achievements, a pay rise is in order for Simon
Shareholders however, primarily view a stocks performance, and hence the CEO's and boards performance, based on the share price.
At nearly all time lows a pay rise is bound to get a nose or two out of joint.
I don't really care for pay rises or technical successes. I am here to buy stocks that go up and make money
