I'm sick and tired of Broken Hill Prospecting. When they thought Stage 3 was in the bag and nice big payment coming up in Stage 4 they signed off on it.

Now 3 months go by and NOW they deny Stage 2 was even completed.

It's time Cobalt Blue bring out the lawyers and we'll see if the courts believe in this Class A level BS.

Spot on. I mean from the BPL announcement of 5th December 2018:
” BPL has assessed the technical and financial milestones under stage 2 obligations and CONFIRMS that COB has now earned 70% beneficial interest in the TJV”
1) satisfies financial spend on drilling etc. TICK
2) satisfies technical (I believe JORC) compliant TICK
As I and many others have uttered UNBE EFFIN LIEVABLE/ LAUGHABLE/INCOMPREHENSIBLE and of course everyone’s favourite adjective AMAZING!!!
