I'm wondering , did ALK get to see what RMS did in DD ??Did they believe the Mace hype ...it certainly attracted RMS 'til they looked deeper .
I always assumed ALK were looking for a controlling interest down the track where they could buy up the options and provide another lot of finance .I've seen companies do that sort of thing then merge .
I'm wondering if ALK might go to EXU and say ...." decrease the exercise price of the options or we'll pay our default and walk away ."
All pure speculation .
All Lawtons hype might now come back to bight him .
