If WOR wanted to increase it's size, then it would make sense to buy NMS. It would have to be faster than hiring 500+ positions, buying vessels & Rov's then waiting for delivery, oh! and then coming up with some new underwater welding technic that would not infringe on the NEPSYS patent.
