HSBC has quickly acquired nearly half the total shares on the top 20 share list. So someone is aggressively buying through HSBC. It could be Shougang. They can own 20% without any problems with the FIRB. Today on a number of occasions I watched over a mill 20c shares on the sell side get gulped up and then 2mill 20c shares appear on the buy side. anz might dump on them but after watching today's trading activity I dont think anz's selling matters anymore. I believe someone is gulping them up big time!
