We are probably going to get diluted by another 1% in performance shares just for having this guy around. I hardly think just because he worked at a top company for less than a year they will automatically sign a huge deal with us.
My point being if Renault are in the box seat for BRN they were working with us before this guy was with them and are not basing there approval off an ex-employee who couldn't see out the first year. He isn't opening any doors that haven't already been opened in the last 5.
Renault acquired Intel's French R&D teams in 2017. That would explain the "new" job with Renault. I'd say he held the same job for those 4 years from March 2014 to March 2018, before and after the acquisition.

Only reason i came back to BRN is its clear to see something big coming... my opinion only of course...
