JD - you appear to have forgotten the old adage that there are no certainties in life except death and taxes.!
The thread is valid, quite simply, because there is no certainty that SKI will be 'buying into' AUZ. It may be highly probable but it is not certain.
And taking up the options by 31 Dec is clearly not a certainty.
The agreements under the binding term sheet (7/6 off-take, modest buyer discount/options or equivalent capital injection) are dependent upon conditions precedent being met, including 'execution of final long form agreements' and securing of finance.
We already know that finalisation of the finance package is slated for Qtr 1 2019 - so why would SKI exercise the options prior to the key condition precedent' being met?
