We are getting the left over 45% of mcl and medcan for it. Getting medcan for 8% has been a great deal. In my opinion far outways the 51.7% dilation.
I think spending all the cash reserve's could've put us in a pretty bad situation.
I will however be keeping a close eye on AGMPL expenditure.
