If I have the same knowledge as the new director we are all in a lot of trouble mate!
Trading windows under every ASX listed companies securities trading policy do no permit trading whilst a person is in possession of non public price sensitive information. Corps Act, not ASX listing rules governs that one.
So we either have to assume everything material in the SS has been disclosed (lol given we know it had production targets) or that he hasn’t seen it yet.
