Yes - "Advanced Negotiations" ... IMO we are going to walk away from the original agreement if Mylan don't pursue costs ? Just my two cents worth but if we have companies in either the animal health or the patch arenas wanting to do a deal they probably won't sign any agreements / pay upfront $ until they know the arbitration matter is completely finalised (including the costs matter)
