Well if you were a mom or pop investor - with a day job - you would be swearing if the ann came out during the day when you couldn't get to a terminal.
Seriously though they may have to do a final check with the US banks and US office - you know the final email approval type of thing. When that has occurred the announcements have come out at 11:00 pm (8.00am US time if I recall)
