Having the money in GXY's bank account will do jack for the share price. The market already knows it's a sure thing to happen. The only thing that will bring share price appreciation anytime soon is if they fast track the development of SDV. It's a "nothing to see here" stock for at least the next 2 years while it goes through the motions of developing an asset, IMO. Some posters on here need a reality check.
