Dilution?  So what.  That's how this game works.  People invest funds in stages to get to new major milestones.  Eventually the company becomes financially self-sustaining and profitable.  Nothing comes for free.  If we raise money in exchange for shares, then we (the company) have whatever we have at that point PLUS new cash.  What we lose via dilution is gained with cold hard cash.  That cash will be used to grow the company.  Please explain the downside.  This instant disapproval of dilution without proper consideration of the economics and opportunity that it brings when utilised effectively is all too common these days.     Think first.  Think again.  Then type.
