bevter, Yan Liu was a good CEO and initiated a great deal of house-keeping, necessary because of the mess left by clowns Landau and Eastman. From a shareholder perspective I believe he represents the Western shareholders better than any of the other Chinese directors.
I hope the board take advice and appoint a Western director in his place as currently the 100% Chinese board is pulling the share price down.
