Has anyone read up on the ASX & ASIC rules & professional responsibility for Company Directors and Boards?
Doesn't matter how, the number or who you vote onto the board they have to abide by the legal requirements ie confidentiality. Because we have no money and the BoD aren't getting paid whoever is voted as a 'Shareholder Rep' is going to have to do everything for free - including costs for their minesite visits which people seem to want.
Frankly the photos, utube, interviews & videos of the Cascavel mine give a good overview - compare that to any ASX Gold mine in Australia/Canada and its easy to see we were on a wing and prayer even without the CRH payments.
If the ASIC Commissioner interrogated you/me it would be hard for us to prove we were uninformed. IMO. Yes late info etc etc but not wilfully misled.
the shareprice didn't get down here naturally/by itself - every poster on here has been complaining about the systematic way bots, traders and end of day strategy have worked the price downward.
We are already in a mess, but as qqqqq said - the whole problem at present is cash flow. So a Nominated Shareholder Director/ or BoD appointed needs to be a Mining Engineer or a Finance Specialist to make the slightest difference to the current situation, because info flow wont increase gold production or put $$ in the bank.
Anglo & Cartesian is a whole different bucket of problems .
