UBS acts for LOAME based on prior filings
they already disclosed themselves as a substantial holder earlier and now have returned

These are secretive swiss bankers and one is now acting for another secretive swiss banker.
Interesting that they showed up the same time as CS Credit Suisse showed up as a large holder.

Credit Suisse are long term AF bankers going back to the ANL FMG days and did the $5B refinance of FMG bond debt that saved them a few years ago. That trip by Forrest & his CEO to refinance was well documented.

One has to think that CS and UBS/LOAME have some connection or related trustee beneficial holder.
its unusual fro LOAME & UBS to come onto the share register in such a massive way at the same time as neighbouring swiss banker CS did.

And now we see that UBS has been daily accumulation trading
On 6 December they sold a bit and bought a lot more than they sold enticing sellers into their bids.

Looks to be a counter shorter strategy to accumulate shares off the black widow shorting crew that I mentioned weeks ago.

This notice would not make BMM happy thats for sure!
