That's usually how biotech company work, spend big up-front for R&D, get the product to commercialisation stage, staff cost usually decrease due to revenue coming in or they have to cut stuff or they sell their product if their revenue can't cover the cost, which AHZ is doing. This will allow them to spend on R&D on their other products.
