I highly doubt that it will go to 9.00 I think, the possibility is that it will go up. QBE is undervalued at this prices there were no major sentiment, who change. Considering that bond prices have the canny to go berserk in US.
I have jumped and bought a quite a big parcel. Very happy about it, below 10.00 for me is screaming buy
