Fat Prophets report (dated 7/5/2008) refers to this as a "company making" coal acquisition . They like the aggressive growth strategy the EPE board has undertaken and refers to the basket of coal assets held by Bandanna Coal as highly promising . They say the deal represents a quality acquisiton in the right commodity at the right time and remain very bullish on the outlook for coal prices , both coking and thermal .
