the last stock i saw that happen in was AXO in October last year when the stock was at around $1.30, just after some good announcements and capital raising one director sold stock to exercise options, then the stock price went down to $0.60 a few weeks back.
my point is that going from what happen to AXO it might be time to book a profit and wait and see. i am sure the directors could finance the purchases other than selling stock down. no director is going to say i am taking some profts to get a free kick with the options that they basically gave themselves for free are they?
anyone remember GDN? same deal there as well.
im not saying AGO's prospects are not good, but the recent gains have been huge and there is bound to be some profit taking.
