Assuming Solamind are negotiating with ANZ to regain their holding in Solagran, and that ANZ are prepared to offload these shares to anyone willing to part with 50 cents on the market, then why hasn't an opportunist third party purchased 26 million shares (19.9% of SLA) from ANZ's holding if this is such a bargain?
