Painting...the reason I believe the Funds will be in the Bank by the end of January (assuming we get CMSA approval bey the end of next week).....is because Exotix Capital and Orbit Securities have been working on securing Funding for the Note Issue since February....and I don't think they have been sitting on their hands!

Once the approval is given by CMSA there will be considerable pressure by Trevor and the Board for both Exotix and Orbit to complete the Bond raise.
Both organisations are very experienced in Bond raising and have a successful track record to date.

Numerous Roadshows have been completed in Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, USA, Europe and I think China.

An earlier ASX release this year said 'Tanzanian and Ugandan Pension Funds combined with other investment groups are seeking fixed income investments'....and therefor I assume both Pension Funds will also invest in the Bond raising.
