I called this CR months ago...
SYNTONIC HAS ZERO CREDIBILITY and ZERO INTEGRITY.
They have intentionally mislead investors by stating there was no requirement for a capital raise, that they were fully funded. This was only a few months ago.
Whats worse, this is not the first time they have pulled this stunt.
