Issue is current holders (hobby investors not insto's) have been keeping it mildly afloat on low volume for a year or two now i'd hazard a guess most are already overloaded or uninterested at this stage of the game and we are talking millions needed to just keep the lights running another year.

Insto's got burnt last go round even with a pretty ridiculous discount which puts you in a horrible bargaining position with any insto actually interested in not losing money.

I honestly don't understand how they expect to raise without offering such a horrendous discount to the top of town that it causes a complete SP capitulation.

Seems like they need a real and i mean real game changer announcement to go with this or it's lights out sooner than most expect ...
