A snippet on the news this morning, if I heard correctly, is that the World Bank President has announced that the vast majority of the DRC's debt to the World Bank will be cancelled. He also praised the DRC government's economic management and general reform initiatives. I hope the apparent stability will continue to consolidate and benefit all the Congolese people.
