When did I mention the word firesale?
They have been trying to sell stuff for 5 months in an orderly fashion. The fact is that not $1 has been raised in that 5 months. Lots of fees have been paid out, but nothing has changed on the balance sheet.
The German bank has its own issues, but you can see why they are getting a bit nervous.
