The fact Coby said in that recent interview that WBT is in discussions with potential partners "as we speak" means there is still every chance one will be announced by the end of the year as predicted in their Sept Quarter update (released 19 Oct 2018):

When a partnership is announced ... watch this thing shoot up from the current nonsensical share price.
Problem is, that shortly it will need to shoot up 100% just to eclipse the CR price, and 300% just to exceed the highs when the MB array was announced. Its gonna be a long crawl back from here!
