ctl costs are approximately $7 million a quarter so they haven't been making much money
, this current quarter mining at a1 mine with higher grade ore above5 grams a tonne will have ctl in profit
for their plan to sell us a rights issue ctl has to appear a going concern , looking back over the year they have not been profitable and directors nearly lost their company
